Learning mode 01 · Core ladder
Replay
The starting point for any new skill, or a new difficulty of one you already hold. Replay teaches the shape of an elite sales conversation before asking anything else of you.
One decision. Never more.
When a learner meets a skill for the first time, working memory must not be overloaded. Flood a first encounter with new demands and nothing is learned.
What most training does
All at once
- Understand a new skill
- Decide what to say
- Work out how to phrase it
What Replay does
Exactly one demand
The learner makes exactly one decision per turn - about the direction the conversation should take - and is never asked to compose a response. The what is trained first. The how comes later, when the brain has capacity for it.
Three rules that make Replay work
Feedback, observation, and outcome are all constrained on purpose - not because the mode is soft, but because the stage demands it.
Choices without consequences come next.
Path keeps multiple choice - and adds the cost of getting it wrong.
