Learning mode 06 · Core ladder
Performance
The closest thing to a real role play before Examination. The conversation runs until you win or lose - and you can lose mid-call.
How Performance runs
By this rung, per-turn rescue is gone. You sustain judgement across the whole conversation - with limited help, and real stakes.
Scarce feedback. Colour-coded transcript.
A wall of commentary after a long call teaches nothing. The summary spends attention for you - and shows where to look first.
01
A few notes - not a novel
Feedback stays deliberately scarce: a small set of positives and a small set of improvements, each precise and actionable. Attention is a budget. The debrief spends it for the learner.
02
Full transcript + expert lines
Beside every turn you took, we show the recommended expert response for that moment. You can compare what you said with what elite would have said - without guessing.
How the transcript helps you focus
Reading every expert line after a ten-turn call would overload you - for all the same reasons we cut feedback elsewhere. So each of your turns is scored and colour-coded. Short on time? Open the reds first.

Example: ten turns, two red, three orange, five green. You know where to spend the next five minutes - not on all ten expert lines.
Next: measure under honest conditions.
Examination is the only mode that moves that skill's ability score.
