VendAce is AI sales training built on learning science. You practise realistic conversations with live feedback, climbing a ladder of learning modes - from guided drills to examination conditions - on the skills that actually win deals.

VendAce is built around personal accounts that belong to each person for life - free to create, with optional paid upgrades and personal products. Companies do not replace those accounts: they invite reps (who create an account if needed) from the company dashboard. Once a rep accepts, they get the company's products and roleplays. Practice on company content draws from company quota, not the rep's personal allowance. When a rep trains on their own personal products, company quota is untouched. If they leave or change employers, they keep their levels, stats, and weak points - they only lose that company's content. For the company, rollout is invite-and-train without changing how the floor is run. For the individual, progress survives the job change.

How personal and company accounts work →

Short, frequent sessions beat rare marathons. Working memory cannot absorb an hour of new correction in one sitting. Most teams aim for regular daily or near-daily practice - VendAce is built for that rhythm.

How often to use VendAce →

No. Opening your own Claude or ChatGPT and saying “be a customer, let me sell to you” is not sales training - not for a team, and not if you practise alone. That DIY chat is improv with no curriculum, no honest scores, and no path that sticks. VendAce is built for that job. Outcomes are not close.

Why DIY Claude or ChatGPT chats are not training →

Adaptive Training is the primary practice path. An educator-built algorithm chooses the next skill, learning mode, and difficulty for each learner - so they show up and train instead of designing their own curriculum every day.

How the algorithm works →

Learners drift toward comfort: safe skills and favourite formats. The algorithm keeps focus on what will move the needle, raises difficulty when they are ready, and brings skills back on a maintenance rhythm. Choice still exists elsewhere - Courses - without making self-selection the default teacher.

Modes are the formats practice takes - from multiple choice and replay, through coached speech, to timed examination with no hints. Each mode adds one cognitive demand at a time so load stays teachable. Skills climb that ladder; the algorithm decides which rung comes next.

Browse learning modes →

Honest measurement needs honest conditions. Ability scores move from Examination - no hints, no pausing, seconds to respond - not from easier scaffolded modes. That keeps the number meaningful for managers and for the learner.

Examination mode →

Courses are pre-built paths across skills and difficulties, with optimal learning modes already chosen. Win a node to unlock the next; replay any node anytime. They sit beside Adaptive Training when someone wants a long, structured track on a skillset.

Explore Courses →

Adaptive Training is the daily teacher - it routes what to practise next. Courses are authored journeys you open when you want depth on a particular skillset. Same practice engine and pedagogy; different job. Training remains the primary path.

See how Courses work →

Many combinations: a long objection-handling track at a difficulty band, a multi-skill path such as discovery and qualification across difficulties, and other authored mixes. The shape changes; the rules do not - optimal modes inside, win to unlock, replay forever.

That is the Learning tab: deep methodology libraries, flash summaries for refreshers, skill quizzes you can return to, and product flash cards before roleplay. It prepares the ground so Training and Courses land on something solid.

Study & reference →

VendAce AI is the default. Teams can also work through well-known frameworks such as MEDDIC or SPIN, and other methodologies we have added. Each one offers deep reading, flash summaries, then MCQ by skill.

How study is organised →

Quota is the allowance for live practice activities that burn compute and coaching - roleplay, training missions, and related surfaces such as product flash cards. Study quizzes are designed not to consume that allowance so refreshers stay cheap to repeat.

Company plans are priced per seat, with admin features for running the floor. Book a demo and we will map seats and rollout to your team.

Individuals can start on plans built for personal practice - including access to Adaptive Training, Courses, and Study & reference within the plan limits. Contact us if you need something custom.

For individuals →

Use the ramp and attainment model on our calculator - illustrative, not a guarantee - then pressure-test assumptions with your own ramp data on a demo. The goal is clearer thinking about training cost versus time-to-productivity.

ROI calculator →

Yes. Playbooks and team data are treated as your IP - protected at every layer by default, on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Ask for detail on your stack during a demo if procurement needs a deeper walkthrough.

Security on VendAce →

No. Your playbooks and practice data stay in your workspace. VendAce runs on Google Vertex AI with Gemini, which does not train on your company content. We do not use your materials to train public models.

Security on VendAce →

Yes. Company mode is built around your catalogue, personas, objections, and playbooks. Product knowledge can be required before roleplay unlocks, so reps are not improvising facts they have never seen.

For companies →

The company dashboard covers the stats you would expect - practice volume, skill readiness, progress over time, and ways to compare reps and teams. If you need a view that is not there yet, we can add it.

We help with onboarding on a demo so the first weeks land cleanly. Ultimately the company configures products and related setup in the dashboard, then invites reps from there - they create a personal account if needed, accept the invite, and train on your content.

Talk to us →

Yes. In personal mode VendAce can generate rich made-up products so roleplay has something concrete to sell. Product flash cards give you the short version of what matters so you can start practising without memorising a fictional SKU forever.

Product flash cards →

Yes. Individuals use it to build foundational skills - openers, discovery, objections, close - and confidence before real calls or interviews. Adaptive Training keeps the curriculum honest; Courses and Study & reference support focused depth when you want it.

For individuals →

You lose access to that company's products and roleplays - expected. You keep your personal account for life: levels, statistics, weak points, and the skill journey you built. Join another company later via invite and company content is a new overlay on the same account.
