Fair Usage Policy
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
This Fair Usage Policy forms part of the Infinite Arc AI Terms and Conditions and applies to all use of VendAce. It protects normal human practice while preventing activity that could harm the service or make it less reliable for others.
1. Scope of Unlimited Practice
- A plan described as Unlimited Practice or as having no monthly practice credit cap covers interactive roleplays and drills used manually by one named person through the official VendAce service.
- Unlimited Practice removes a monthly practice credit allowance. It does not remove normal session design limits, technical safeguards, availability constraints, or this Policy.
- Each personal account and company seat is assigned to one person. Company access is limited to the number of active seats purchased.
2. AI Tools and Manual Content
- Unlimited Practice does not include unlimited AI content creation or advisory tools. Product generation, card or training-pack generation, repeated AI recommendations, product checks, Ask VendAce, and similar tools may use separate allowances disclosed with the applicable plan or before use.
- Manual editing does not consume an AI Tool allowance, but products, fields, saved content, cards, and other resources remain subject to reasonable size, quantity, storage, and security limits.
- Allowances may reset, expire, or not roll over as described with the applicable plan. Failed or duplicate requests are handled under the rules shown in the App.
3. Limited-Allowance Sessions
A user with a positive available practice balance may start an otherwise eligible practice session. VendAce deducts applicable usage while balance remains. If the balance reaches zero during that session, the current bounded practice session may finish without interruption and without requiring an additional balance. No new metered session or separate AI Tool action may begin until allowance is restored, replenished, or otherwise made available.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, unattended processes, scraping tools, or other automation to access, play, test, or consume VendAce;
- call private endpoints directly, replay or duplicate requests, or bypass the official client except with our written permission;
- share, sell, transfer, or pool account credentials or named company seats, or permit concurrent use by different people;
- create or use multiple accounts, clients, identities, or companies to evade allowances, rate limits, restrictions, or enforcement;
- submit deliberately oversized, repetitive, meaningless, or harmful activity intended to consume resources, interfere with the service, or disadvantage other users; or
- resell, commercially exploit, or provide third-party access to the service unless a written agreement with us expressly permits it.
5. Protective Controls
We may apply proportionate controls to protect VendAce, its users, and its suppliers. These may include limits on concurrent sessions, request frequency, session starts, active practice time, input and output size, session length, stored content, devices, and company-wide activity relative to paid seats.
Controls may return an existing result for a duplicate request, delay or reject a burst, require renewed authentication or another challenge, pause new sessions, restrict a feature, or suspend access. An active bounded session will ordinarily be allowed to finish, but we may stop activity immediately where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or service stability.
6. Enforcement and Review
- We may consider usage volume, timing, concurrency, repeated content, authentication and device events, attempts to bypass safeguards, and other relevant context. An IP address alone will not normally determine that misuse occurred.
- Where appropriate, we will use progressive measures such as a warning, temporary limit, renewed authentication, or review before suspension. Serious attacks, fraud, unlawful conduct, or deliberate circumvention may be restricted immediately.
- You may ask us to review a material restriction or suspension by contacting us. We may require reasonable information to verify your identity and investigate the activity.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as VendAce, its plans, and threats evolve. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes as described in the Terms and Conditions. Changes will not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
