If you are getting into sales and do not work for a company with a real catalogue, VendAce can create a product for you to practise on.

Pick an industry

Choose industry and subcategory. VendAce generates a full product setup from that.

Describe an idea

Have a direction but not enough detail to fill every field? Give a short blurb. VendAce expands it into a complete product.

How long

Choosing or writing the blurb is a few minutes at most. Generating the product after you confirm is typically around 10 seconds. Unless you want to edit later, that setup is done for life - then you practise.

02Product knowledge

Deep products. Fast flash cards.

Product dossiers are deliberately rich - thousands of characters - so roleplays can be nuanced. That creates a catch-22 for made-up products.

The bind

Memorising a fictional SKU forever is a waste of time - you will never sell it. But if you know nothing, you cannot ask, answer, or handle objections in practice.

The fix

Product flash cards pull the key points - description, competition, objections, and more - into a short review so you have enough base to hold a real conversation without rereading the whole dossier.

03Your own product

More fields. Still a one-time job.

If you already sell something real, you fill the product in properly - descriptions, competition, objections, and the rest. That takes longer than AI invent, and it should: the truth has to be exact.

How long depends on what you already have. If websites and internal docs are to hand, a focused paste-and-shape pass is often 10–20 minutes - sometimes less. The point: you do it once. After that you can use VendAce for months or years without repeating the chore.

04Joining a company

Accept the invite. That is it.

If a company has invited you, you get an in-product invitation. Accept it - and you train on their products. No second setup marathon on your side.

05Companies

Dashboard once. Invite. Go.

Whoever you designate uses the company dashboard - a separate web surface. Products are set up manually so they match your truth. That is similar in shape to filling a real product in personal mode.

Products

Configure what you sell once. Paste from existing docs when you have them. One-time cost for years of practice.

Invites

Add rep emails - including in bulk. They accept in-product. Minutes, not a rollout programme.

Access

Assign products to people as you add either side. Order does not matter. Fast to keep tidy.
