VendAce · Guides
Personal first. Company by invite.
Invite the team onto your products and playbooks. Each person keeps a personal account for life - so company access is an overlay, not a cage.
The model
The person owns the account. The company invites them in.
Too many enterprise tools give the company the identity and the history. When a rep leaves, the progress dies with the seat. VendAce flips that: each person keeps an account for life; the company invites them into a workspace. For the company, rollout is invite-and-train. For the individual, a career change does not erase what they built.
How it works
From personal account to company invite - and back.
01
A personal account - for life
VendAce is built for the individual first. Anyone can create a free personal account and keep it forever - upgrade for more access, build personal products, and train on their own path. Most reps will simply download or open the product and start there.
02
Companies invite - they do not replace the account
When a company adopts VendAce, reps create a personal account if they do not already have one. From the company dashboard, the company invites those reps. After they accept, company products, roleplays, and playbooks unlock for them.
03
Company work uses company quota
Practice on company content is expensed to the company's allowance - not the rep's personal quota. When a rep trains on their own personal products, company quota is untouched. The company never pays for someone grinding a private catalogue on personal time.
04
Leave the company. Keep the progress.
Levels, statistics, weak points, and the skill journey on the personal account stay with the person. They lose access to that company's products and usage - as they should. They do not lose the salesperson they became while practising.
What changes for whom
Companies train the floor. Individuals keep the career.
For companies
Invite. Train. Expense company work.
Deploy products and playbooks, invite the team, and have reps practise on your motion. Company-mode usage hits company quota. How individuals use personal products on their own time does not burn your allowance - and does not change how you run the floor.
VendAce for companies →For individuals
Your progress survives the job change.
Switch employers or leave a company workspace and you keep levels, stats, and weak points on your personal account. You lose that company's catalogue - expected. You do not start from zero as a salesperson every time the badge changes.
VendAce for individuals →The seat is temporary. The account is not.
Built so people keep their progress - and companies still get a clean invite-and-train rollout for the floor.
